The Grandanini has the clear and balanced sound usually found in much more expensive violins. At The Violin Studio I have modified the instrument by bringing the plates into acoustic balance and replacing the bass bar , which creates a beautiful clear and carrying sound.

Each Grandanini violin and viola has been handcrafted in China to international standard under the supervision of European trained violinmakers. That way instruments that would normally be priced at around $2500 to $3000 can be more affordable. The Grandanini is made using finest quality seasoned maple for the back sides and scroll and quality spruce for the top plate.
